Emjoyment is the Tindr for job searching. They came to me to help their team design a cohesive branded experience from the logo, landing page, to their app. We tackled the project by first discussing the problems with job searching,
".. it's literarily the worst experience ever. And I realized we're all just job hunting under the table, you know during work, we're pulling up tabs for other jobs that we think we'd like more. Or we're hanging out with friends, but secretly thinking about how we're unemployed."
We decided early on that with a name like Emjoyment, the company stood for fun, friendliness, and accessibility. The promise was to help Millennials connect with companies they would want to work for, and help companies in turn, find young talent that could grow with them.
